  WHAT IS REQUIRED?

To become a successful Mystery Shopper you are required to detail the ‘snapshot of service given’ in different situations.

We are always on the lookout for people throughout New Zealand who are:

• Reliable
• Trustworthy                                                     
  
• Have good literacy skills
• Enjoy being out and interacting with other people
• Have great observation skills
• Have reliable internet access

Customer Care shoppers are Independent Contractors and work is offered on an assignment by assignment basis – you have the choice on whether or not you apply for the individual assignments.

         OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

There is also an increasing demand for our shoppers to perform other tasks relating to compliance auditing which can be another great way of earning extra cash. We often require our shoppers to complete retail audits where the data can all be entered on a mobile device through our app.
